BISTRO BUFFET
On Friday and Saturday evenings, as well as every evening during summer weeks 26–32, we serve our popular Bistro Buffet.
The cold buffet includes a variety of salads, shrimp, salmon, and more.
The hot buffet features red wine-braised beef, chicken fillet, pizza, cod loin, and a flavorful fish and seafood soup.
Choose from side dishes such as potato gratin, roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a selection of sauces.
Prefer a vegetarian option? We serve a vegetarian patty from the kitchen – please let us know in advance.
For dessert, enjoy a generous dessert table with sweets and a cheese platter with crackers.
Still water, coffee/tea, caffe latte, and espresso are included.

EVENING CLASSIC MEAL
From Monday to Thursday, we serve a comforting Swedish classic dish of the day, along with soup, salad, butter, and bread – all served buffet-style.
(Not available during summer weeks 26–32 when the bistro buffet is served every evening.)
